Can I receive alerts via Email or SMS?

Alerts are currently only sent via the Windows Application downloaded from our website deni.autochartist.com. A small window pops up which contains a link to the image in the Application.

There are two possible reasons for this problem: 1) You are running content monitoring software such as CyberSitter or NetNanny that is interfering with the communication to the Autochartist service. Please disable such software and try to connect again. 2) If the above is not a problem, please uninstall and reinstall the application
